Project overview
Full interior and façade renovation of a 4,200 m² heritage-listed flagship store while the upper floors remain in operation.
The renovation restores the 1930s façade of the Tunjungan flagship store and rebuilds four retail floors with a new atrium, escalators and MEP systems. Works are phased floor-by-floor so that the store never fully closes.
The project is in planning with construction scheduled to start in October 2026.
