Menara Sentosa Office Tower

Menara Sentosa is designed as a low-energy office tower for the next generation of tenants in SCBD. The scope covers a 4-level basement with a top-down construction method, a 32-storey reinforced-concrete tower with outrigger walls, a unitized double-skin curtain wall and a landscaped podium plaza that returns 40% of the site to the public.

AND Construction acts as main contractor for structure, architecture and MEP coordination, working with a BIM-first workflow from tender through handover. The project targets Greenship Platinum certification with a 38% reduction in operational energy compared to the baseline.
