Cendekia International School Campus

Built on a sloped 4.2-hectare site, the campus is organised as a series of terraces that follow the natural contour. Four academic blocks in exposed concrete and timber-clad façades are connected by covered walkways, with a 600-seat auditorium and a multi-purpose sports hall anchoring the lower terrace.

The project involves extensive earthworks, soil-nail retaining walls and rainwater harvesting for irrigation. AND Construction is delivering structure, architecture and MEP under a construction management arrangement with phased handover to allow the school to open Block A first.
