Project overview
A 28,000 m² cross-dock distribution centre with 42 loading bays, 14 m clear height and a 2 MWp rooftop solar array.
The Nusantara Logistics Hub consolidates three regional warehouses into a single automated cross-dock facility. The steel portal-frame structure spans 60 m with pre-engineered trusses, a super-flat floor (FM2 tolerance) for VNA racking and a 2 MWp rooftop photovoltaic system.
The design-and-build contract includes civil works, structure, roofing, dock equipment coordination and a 3,200 m² office annex. AND Construction delivered the structural steel 3 weeks ahead of schedule through off-site fabrication and just-in-time erection sequencing.
