Project overview
218 landed homes across 11 hectares with a clubhouse, linear park and complete estate infrastructure.
Phase 2 of Graha Sentosa Residence delivered 218 two-storey homes in four typologies, a 1,400 m² clubhouse and 2.3 km of estate roads with underground utilities. Precast wall panels and a standardized MEP kit-of-parts allowed a 14-day structural cycle per cluster.
Handed over in June 2025 with a defect rate below 0.4 items per unit.
