Project overview
A 148-key cliff-side resort with 32 pool villas, a 60 m infinity pool and a beach club, completed two months ahead of schedule.
Terraced into a limestone cliff above Jimbaran Bay, the resort comprises a main hotel block, 32 private pool villas, a spa pavilion, a beach club and back-of-house facilities. The structural strategy combined reinforced-concrete frames with locally sourced stone cladding and ironwood screens.
AND Construction delivered the full scope including marine access works and a desalination plant. The resort was handed over in August 2024, two months ahead of the contractual completion date, with zero lost-time incidents across 1.9 million man-hours.
